- How I can track my parcel?
- I will provide the tracking number through your email and link to track the item when the parcel is handed to courier service. - How fast can I get my parcel?
- Once order is made, I will pack and ship the item within 2 weeks.
- Shipping time differs according to the different courier services I mentioned above. Buyers are responsible to keep track the parcel's location and please contact me immediately if the parcel does not reach to you after the delivery window. This is very important so I can take any relevant action to contact the courier service. I am not responsible on any problem happened after the delivery window. Please contact my Instagram @ateliergrassjelly when you have questions about this. - What can I do if my parcel is hold by our custom?
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, please check properly before you make order. For example, in Malaysia, parcel costed more than RM500 (110USD) including shipping will be hold and pay the tax of 20%. - What can I do if my parcel is lost?
- I will not take any responsible on lost parcel as the problem is not on me, I have done my part by making sure the courier service received the parcel successfully. Please keep an eye on the tracking once the parcel is sent, always contact me immediately at my Instagram @ateliergrassjelly if you see any weird tracking messages so we can take any relevant action on time. - What can I do if my parcel is not claimed and returned to sender?
- I will not take any responsible on this if the item is returned to me due to wrong address, mistake on address, unclaimed at courier service or custom. Buyers are responsible to pay the shipping fees again for the resend. Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping information.
