• Goods sold are not returnable and refundable except proper reason.
  
  
• Please do understand that difference devices, monitors might have different color displays, also different lightning might cause different color shown on the photo.
  
  
• Generally, I do not offer any warranty on all my items, but I am willing to repair if you find me when I am having a booth in ACG conventions or when the buyers are willing to pay for the 2 ways shipping.
  
  
• I as a creator always has the rights to decide to terminate or on hold any orders for my own reasons without inform the buyers in advanced.
  
  
• Please do understand that resin will turn yellow after time passed (3 months - 1 year), so it is normal when the charm does not look like how it was.
  
  
• All our pieces are 100% handmade by me, please do take note each of them will have own uniqueness and acceptable flaws.
  
  
• Custom order Items might have minimal different from the ready stock image as all of them are hand made and some accessories might already discontinue, I will try my best to make them as same as possible.

Products Care Guide

• Items are 100% handmade, they need to be treaten gently. Please always keep them away from direct sun light.
  
  
• Use dry or wet tissue for cleansing surface only, avoid direct water to prevent oxidation on metal parts.
  
  
• Due to our accessories' nature, all of them are fragile. I will not responsible for any damages caused during deliveries, but I will try my best for packaging to protect these babies (Bubble wrap and Styrofoam for glasses product).
